Ethnic Holiday

Suggestions:

•  If possible, tell us some background for the holiday you have chosen.   What is the history of this particular holiday?

•  You may want to talk about food, religious celebration, family parties, events, outings, etc.

•  Some holidays to consider:

Rosh Hashanah Easter Christmas
Hanukkah Memorial Day King's Day
Yom Kippur Chinese New Year Passover

Suggestions:

A family tradition could be a special vacation in the same place each year, a tradition of baking together, playing sports, working on hobbies, cooking together, meeting at the same relative's house the same time each year for a reunion or holiday celebration, etc.
